Visit Cleo & Thea (accessories and jewelry booth) and Dimsum food store at the UPLB Feb fair (Feb 10-14 5pm-1am). Cleo & Thea is located in front of the horror booth.

It is owned by the lovely Cj, vocalist of the local band ikTus.
